Refund policy

Due to the nature of the goods, refunds and/or returns are not available unless there is a fault or damage to the product. Electronics have a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If for any reason there is an issue with the order, please let us know within 24 hours/1 working days of receipt of goods.


Shipping policy

All our orders are sent via tracked methods.

International orders are generally sent tracked via New Zealand Post.

Whilst we give timelines for deliveries, they are only estimates. Sometimes there are things out of our control that may cause delays.

Orders made before midday, we will do our best to get the orders out that day. Our courier comes about 2pm for pickups. Saturday delivery is not available. Please ensure that if you provide a rural delivery address, the rural delivery fee is paid. It costs us $5 more to send a parcel to a rural address than an urban one!

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the required information, we'll be unable to send you your order.

We keep your information safe by storing online in a safe environment and only allowing staff to access it.

Terms of service

Ordering Procedures.

For accuracy, we encourage you to order on-line or email your orders through to hello@nailartsupplies.co.nz.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders made out of business hours will aim to be processed and sent the next working day.

Order Terms & Conditions

There is no GST at this stage as we are not GST registered. Freight is additional. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that discount codes cannot be used in transactions that contain special bundle deals. These bundles are extremely well priced and we are unable to offer further discounts on them.

All of our packages are sent through tracked shipping. New Zealand shipping is generally through Aramex or New Zealand Post or their subsidiaries and is always tracked. International orders are tracked through New Zealand Post or similar.

We will assist in making claims for damage to freight, but we will not be held liable for damages/loss to freight. Claims must be made in writing to hello@nailartsupplies.co.nz within 24 hours/1 working days of receiving the package. Please note that colours may be different depending on the device used. We have done our best to show a fair representation of the items and hold no responsibility for differences in colour expectations.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
